1. Data Protection
418 Centre does not hold personal data such as notes taken through personal ministry. Any such notes will be returned at the end of the session or sessions and are considered the personal property of the individual receiving ministry.

2. Data relating to our Services
We may temporarily hold data necessary to offer services provided on our website such as the contact details of persons attending schools.

3. Data regarding Email information
We may email website news and/or upcoming events or hosted events to those people who have been involved with 418 Centre. Anybody not wishing to receive emails sent by us or not wanting to be on our advertising data base can ask to be removed at any time.

4. Sharing your information
We will never sell, or exchange our mailing lists or your contact details with any other parties.

5. Transmitting Spam
In concurrence with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we do not send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses.

7. Emails relating to new materials and services
We may send emails to established peoples or prospective peoples who have enquired or registered with us, regarding materials or services offered by us.

8. Email identification
All emails sent by us will be marked as having come from 418 Centre. At any time the recipient of the emails can indicate that they want to be removed from our mailing list.

9. Cookies
We do not use ‘cookies’ to track the use of our website. In the event that this situation is to change at a later point it will be recorded here for confirmation. At this stage there are no plans or intentions to ever use ‘cookies’ through this website.
